We understand that going through a claim can be a frustrating and emotionally tasking experience. Unfortunately, most people will have to file a claim at some point during their lives. There are several things that you can do to ensure that your claim filing process goes a little easier.
Take measures to ensure that no further damage can occur, such as cleaning up any standing water or covering any areas that may be subject to outside conditions and therefore causing more damage. If possible take pictures of the damage as soon as the incident occurs or right after you become aware of the damage. Save any receipts and paper work related to your repairs, transportation and lodging. Most importantly call your agent to report the claim in a timely manner.
We do realize that many claims do not happen during business hours, therefore making it impossible to call your agent directly. However, you are able to fill out the form below and the information will be emailed to the agency for review. Please provide as much information as possible so that the agent can act accordingly.
